We offer revisions based on the package you chose; the customer can request as many changes as they like, and we will revise their design at no extra cost as long as the concept and design remains the same. Generally, depending on the revision scale, the turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.
If the initial design concepts are approved or a revision is required, any deposited fees for the project will not be refunded after delivery, until and unless Davinci Designers cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.
When the initial logo concepts are presented, on your request. However, the refund offer expires and your request for a refund will not be considered if you approve or request revisions to the first designs
Although, you can get a full refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) if you request a refund before the first design concepts are delivered.
Within 48 to 120 hours after the original design delivery, you can seek a refund, and you will receive a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
After 120 hours of your initial design delivery, we will not consider refund requests; however, as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, you are welcome to contact us with any questions or concerns.
No refund requests will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order.
You will be charged a set cost for project reactivation if the project has been placed on hold without any advance notice or if you have not communicated for more than 40 days.
No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
After application development is finished and the website/app is live, refund requests for website packages will not be accepted.
Please contact the support staff with any requests for refunds. Davinci Designers retains the right, on a case-by-case basis, to approve or refuse your request in the unlikely circumstance that it violates your user agreement.
For Davinci Designers/ Custom packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages. For example, if you order for a logo and a mobile application service and approve the logo, you can claim refund for the mobile application service at the time of initial design only.
A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given however further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.
The condition for the money-back guarantee is that the order was placed in good faith. We do not consider it to be in good faith when a customer places design orders for the same task with many design agencies with the objective of receiving a refund. We reserve the right to reject a request for a refund in such circumstances.
All design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback in order to get the desired results.
If your request for a refund is denied OR approved, breaking any of the above policies or harming the company will have the appropriate consequences, and you will be assessed a $5,000 penalty for failing to follow the specified guidelines.
100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if our designed logo is to be found considerably similar to another logo design that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing design will be merely a coincidence and Davinci Designers will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case. It is the client's responsibility to get their art work copyrighted.

One easy way to communicate is through the My Account page. It is entirely your duty to check the account section for any questions, issues, or more instructions that the designer may have requested. You won't have enough reasons to get a refund if you don't use or check the My Account Area often. When application packages are purchased, free domain registration and hosting will be given. Every email account that comes with website packages can be set up on other email programs like Outlook. Space for each email account will be 10MB. Email accounts are not provided by us if you are not hosting your website with us. The hosting, domain, and email server packages are nonrefundable.
Delivery of all design order files to My Account occurs on the day indicated on the "Order
Confirmation". To let the client know that their design order has been sent to their designated

The Company will assist the Client with the integration of 3rd party plugins and APIs. Though the Company will not have anything to do with any third-party dealings during the development of this project. All additional work will require a separate fee agreement.
